Janitor

We are looking for a janitor who will take care of the cleanliness and maintenance of our building premises. You will be required to perform cleaning tasks like vacuuming, mopping, cleaning vents, etc. Your responsibility is to ensure that the building is well maintained and clean.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned building areas.
• Regularly check premises and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
• Perform heavy duty cleaning tasks and projects.
• Inspect the premises and report any issues or repairs to the management.
• Perform any small repairs possible.
• Keep an inventory of the supply room and regularly restock.
• Collaborate with other staff members.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Prior experience as a janitor.
• Experience with heavy duty cleaning machines and equipment.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Works with integrity and dependent.
• High sense of personal hygiene.
